 We often hear people say they don’t have time to meditate. We all know it’s good for us but we mostly put ourselves last when it comes to self-care. How about building meditation into your morning or afternoon routine where you give yourself just 10-15 minutes a day to ‘be present', to be still, and to calm the mind.
