When I finally understood how powerful my thoughts were, I was able to use them to my advantage by using Healing Affirmations that I could repeat to myself on a daily basis to create the health that I wanted.

Healing affirmations played a big role in helping me to lose over 60 pounds naturally, as well as heal my body of a number of chronic health conditions (and I’ve kept that weight off for over 15 years now).

Psychologists estimate that we have around 60,000 thoughts a day. Most of these thoughts are not only unconscious, they're probably the same repetitive thoughts that you had the day before!
