Is Your Pain Real?

Jenna Ward JENNA WARD

In many ways, pain is not real. It can’t be seen or touched, it doesn’t show up in your blood chemistry. Modern medicine can’t scan it, or remove it. It is intangible. And yet the pain is so incredibly real for millions of people around the world.

Physical pain, emotional pain, overwhelming pain, chronic pain. Pain is an experience which, despite the lack of physical evidence, is very real for so many people. But what if pain was more than just an unpleasant feeling? What if pain was actually a message from your body, crying out for attention?

While modern medicine continues to suppress the symptoms of pain, the root cause for so many people’s suffering remains a mystery. And yet, if we begin to explore the ancient wisdom of the past, and the new science of how our thoughts impact our genes, we begin to discover these symptoms – of pain and anxiety and disease - are actually cries from the body for help.

Enter E-Motion, a new FMTV documentary exploring the new science of emotions and how they impact our health.  The film features medical, scientific and spiritual experts such as Dr Joe Dispenza, Sonia Choquette and Neale Donald Walsch exploring the importance of emotions on health. E-Motion expert Dr Bradley Nelson believes “when people are in pain in western medicine, we give them drugs to suppress that pain. When people have diseases, we give the medications to suppress the symptoms of those diseases when in reality those symptoms are the body crying out telling us there’s something wrong here.”

E-Motion introduces us to a world where trapped emotions are the source of everything that ails us. Where unprocessed emotional energies, are stored in the body as frequencies and these frequencies, if left unexpressed can begin to distort energy, tissues and glands over time leading to pain, suffering and disease. And these emotions don’t only affect our physical body, they begin to affect our mind-set, our personalities and our temperaments.

As more and more of our unprocessed emotional energy is stored, the body begins to express these past events or traumas and we activate a stress response. In the film E-Motion Neuroscientist Dr Joe Dispenza says “If we can turn on a stress-response just by thought alone, and those chemicals can make us sick, then by very definition, our thoughts can make us sick.”

Our society has trained us to resist the things that don’t feel good, instead of feel the things that don’t feel good. E-Motion explores this paradigm further, sharing emotional clearing techniques enabling you to take back control of your health. Leaders in the health industry are supporting this message – Dr Mercola and Hay House have featured E-Motion and Dr Bruce Lipton, cell biologist and author of The Biology of Belief says “E-Motion will have a very positive impact on the evolution of human consciousness”.

One thing is clear. It’s time to listen to the symptoms of our body. It’s time to start addressing the emotional baggage lingering in our tissues because this is a critical foundation of health, happiness and longevity.

E-Motion is a feature documentary featuring Dr Joe Dispenza, Neale Donald Walsch, Sonia Choquette, Don Tolman, Dr Bradley Nelson and more.
