Smoked Paprika & Rosemary Almonds (The Perfect DIY Gift)

Emma Bowen EMMA BOWEN

A good gift for just about anybody (who doesn’t love roasted almonds??) and ideal for pulling together at the last minute. Just be sure to leave the almonds to cool before you bottle them up. Tie a piece of rosemary with twine onto the finished result. Simple, natural, delicious.

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs smoked paprika
  • 2 tbs rosemary, chopped (fresh or dried)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and stir until all the almonds are coated well and evenly. Spread almonds out on a baking tray and place in oven. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven, leave to cool, then store in an airtight container.
