Ingredients
- 1 coffee shot ( organic & mycotoxin-free )
- 1 tbsp raw cacao

2 tbsp
plant-based protein of choice
- 1 cup coconut milk or water
- 1 tbsp honey or 1 Medjool date
What to do
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Drink 30 minutes before intending to work out.
