Green Hydrator

Rachel Morrow RACHEL MORROW

Coconut water is a great addition to green juice because it’s packed with beneficial electrolytes including sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. These electrolytes help the cells in our body uptake water and boost hydration. It’s believed that the electrolyte content is so similar to human blood that it was used during World War II as a plasma replacement for wounded soldiers.
