Creamy Ginger Green Smoothie

Green smoothies are dime a dozen… We would know, we’ve challenged ourselves to create many of them over the years. No matter how many combinations we make and taste test, this Creamy Ginger Green Smoothie tops our list for favorites!

Packed with nutrient-dense ingredients and a big dose of healthy fats to keep you feeling full for longer. Save this one for your morning smoothie, or pull it out for that afternoon pick-me-up!

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • ½ Lebanese cucumber
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced, chopped or grated (depending on your blender)
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • Optional: your favorite greens powder

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to high-powered blender or nutribullet and blend until smooth and creamy.
