Ideal for when you’re having another hectic morning, the alarm didn’t go off, you overslept and, oh bummer, you need to be at work in 30 minutes but can’t start the day without breakfast.

Thanks to this brilliant breakfast smoothie you can whip yourself up a liquid meal in no time and even take it in a travelling cup on the metro, bus or sip it while you’re waiting at the traffic lights.

This on-the-go meal will have you feeling nourished and satisfied for the morning to come. You’ll get several nutrients and benefits aiding digestion owing to the banana in combination with blueberries, as well as high antioxidant properties to boost the brain power we need for the day.
