Peach Ginger Kale Protein Smoothie

Green smoothies are one of our favorite ways to increase our nutrient intake and give our body a boost of nutrition. It's easy to get stuck in the same green-smoothie rut. Mix it up with this combination of peaches, ginger, and greens for something different.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup kale or spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein powder

METHOD

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
